2010 Sauvignon Blanc
We are pleased to announce that the much awaited 2009 Sauvignon Blanc is here! Proving very popular, we are delighted how delicate the flavours are from the specially selected block of the vineyard. Lovely fresh tropical flavours linger to a crisp finish.

Our original variety. No matter the seasonal variations, the flavours are strongly consistent. Crisp and fruity with melon & peach, carefully barrel fermented.

Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc blend
This is our new fresh blend, made by popular demand! Listed in James Halliday's Top 100 NSW Wines 2011 (read what he says about our wine). A light summery blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, with delightful flavours emphasising the sweetness of the fruit.
